I have 30+ years of IT programming, engineering, and system ****ysis under my belt. I'm very familiar with the technology. It's extremely simple to create VoIP line(s). I can use *ANY* Caller ID that I desire. I'm setting up a block on my phone to send to voicemail all numbers beginning with... (480) 923-**** Further, please remember that Social Security will absolutely never ever call you telling you there's a problem with your account number demanding payment for some fee, or that you're about to be arrested and the only way that you can prevent that is to Do so****ing crazy like purchase a Target gift card.
