I got a call from this number +1 (484) 214-3140 and called them back and it s****ed saying welcome to the heath service center I ***g up

received call from this number asking me to verify car insurance information. REAL WEIRD considering.....I don't own a car ****

I never answer calls but since I have family around I figured it could’ve been a family member but I still waiting and heard nothing from the other end.

This is a voice recording robot. It's a software that calls your phone and records what you say and builds a voice profile to mimic s***ch. I would suggest you not speak whenever you answer an unknown number until you confirm it's a human on the other side. You don't have to say "hello" first just because you're answering. If it's a human on the other side, they will eventually say "Hello?"
