I just received a call from this number as well.  Whiney male voice asking for a donation.  I told him I was unemployed and could not help them out and he kept on going.  My number is private, unlisted, and on the Do Not Call List.  Unbelievable!!

I just called that number back...I got a recording saying that the number was disconnected

Rings and when I answer no one talks. When I return call, no one answers.

Calls and ****s up. I called the number and there is no answer.

number keeps calling my home when i call number i get a busy signal

Called, when I answered ***g up.  When I call back all I get is a busy signal.

Calls every day and ****s up when I answer. When I return the call the line is busy or rings with no answer.
