I guess you work for this SUM-BAG, low life collection agency.  Most of us out here want to pay our bills, but can't due to job loss or bad economy or whatever. So why don't you do the right thing and get a real job!!!

Yep thay are RMS alright and thay wont tell you anything unless you are the person thay want to talk to. Thay say it's a business mater, if you ask them if thay are a collection agency, thay say "I can not say". Thay have been after my dad for the last 6 months, and hes dead. so thay will try to get any one to pay the debt. I even c****ed my phone number and they found out the new one.

Received a call from this number and I asked them to identify themselves but they wouldn't do so. Said they were looking for my son and I told them he has filed for bankruptcy and to quit calling. they said they didn't know what I was talking about...

Actually, people i dealt with were nice and helpful.  The secret is to ask to speak directly with Bob Sullivan @ ext. 7938.  He's the manager and a good guy.

leaves very curt and rude messages.  RMS= Receivable Management Services.  If you don't owe any money, they could be contacting you about someone else.  Legally services like this are allowed to contact family members, friends, and even neighbors.  If your debt has gone this far, I would suggest getting a lawyer because these companies can sue you for the debt.  I sent them a fax with my lawyers information and a note telling them not to contact me a***n.

Before you give out instructions on how to handle issues you might want to actually look up the laws...RMS works on Buisness related debt there for a cease & desist letter doesnt matter your not given consumer protection in a biz debt.But keep sending you letters if you like we have fun calling the next day to let you know you wasted your time & you still owe the bill :)Instead of resea****g how to get out of taking collection calls why dont you spend some of that energy on resloving the debt you gladly charged up!

got a call from 484-242-1476 saying he had tried to call me a number of time said to call him on his orivate line by mondya or else and if I did not call by monday do not ever call his office a***n...ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh bad guy.Very hateful and threatening,

Got a Call from this number but no answer. If this was a collection agency, I don't owe anybody anything. I have an excellent credit.  Wondering why they were bothering me.

called my shop today --- VERY aggressive, curt, and threatening.  True, we do owe money, but don't tell the clerk all your shop's financial woes. wanted the owners cell phone or contact info NOW and would not take "i can't give that to you" or " i just don't know" as an answer. told the clerk, as a representative of the shop he is also responsible for financial records/info/payables, etc.....they are RMS, a collection agency. clerk was VERY upset after that.

They called my house to looking for one of my family member on sunday morning,they said he owe them money,but they couldn't verifly all the personal information of my family's member!(for example:the last 4 digit OF SS#)

This call is from RMS they are a collection agent. Simply write them a letter putting them on notice that they are to no longer call you.
