finally answered this and got a person..they were verifying my subscription to local newspaper. twice!

Keeps calling daily. No answer. No message.

This number has called me and never left a message.

This # comes up as Verafast and when I answer the line disconnects.  They have called about 10 times.  I****ume its a computer dialing system.
