This is an IRS scam call. It is a recorded message telling people they are under an active IRS investigation for tax fraud. The recording ends by asking the person to call (484) 316-1837. However, when you call their number they will not answer and there is no answering system. Your return call will simply ring until you finally get a busy signal. Totally bogus.
