I was called by this number, asking me to call another number regarding loans I had applied for online. That other number was the one that claimed to be from a bank. They asked for 1 payment on a prepaid card to secure the loan****ured me it would be the only thing I would have to pay and would then receive my loan with the payment I had made reimbursed to me in addition to the amount of the loan. Then they came up with that they needed another payment for so****ing else to be able to deposit my loan into my account. Then they asked me if I owed the I.R.S. any money. I said no. They said when they were trying to process my loan, it came up that I owed money to the I.R.S. and that the I.R.S. was needing a payment. That they could not deposit my loan without that payment because it was not for them but for the I. R. S. I got into a huge argument with the manager. In the end, he said he would pay a small portion of that payment. But that I needed to pay the rest. But that I would get reimbursed the full amount of that payment as well. So that I would end up owing him what he had paid. After every payment they asked for they would****ure me there would be no additional payments required or fees or charges. They would****ure me and guarantee me But would then come up with another needed payment and since after every payment, supposedly they would transfer me to another department, the agent from that next department would tell me that the previous agent didn't know about this other fee because he worked at another department and had different tasks. In the end, after that last payment I mentioned, they said that because they were from another state, that for the final step to deposit the full amount of my loan to my bank account within 10 to 15 minutes, I had to pay a bank to bank transfer fee. I got into a shouting match with the manager and demanded that they either wave that fee, or that management pay that fee. They said they couldn't, that it was company protocol. I told them to cancel my loan and that I needed all my money reimbursed immediately deposited to my bank account right now and needed to receive it within 10 to 15 minutes. They told me that it would take 30 to 40 days for me to receive the refund of my money. I demanded to talk to the head of that bank. The one who was the highest with the most authority in the bank. I spoke to him. After another heavy, loud argument, he said to help me out, he could refund the whole amount that I had payed to my bank account within 15 minutes, but that I would have to pay the loan cancelation fee of a few ***dreds. I refused. So far they haven't refunded my money, and I never got my loan.
