I also  called their 1-877-RING-PWS and choose option #2 and a lady took my information down about my request to have them stop calling my cell number.  Lets see if the annoying calls stop.I originally scheduled to have an estimate with them but had to postpone it.  No way I'm doing business with them now....Caller: Power Windows and Siding

They came knocking on my door one day and I scheduled an appointment for an estimate as well.  However, they never showed up.  Since then (about 2 weeks ago), I have received over 20 calls on my cell.  I don't answer it, and they don't leave any message.  I just took Ken's advice and left a message for Jamie Dulin.  We'll see what happens.  If not, I will go to the BBB and the Attorney General's Office.  I am on the DNC list - but they're slick - when you sign up for the estimate, they ask you to initial a line which gives them permission to contact you to confirm the appointment.  I never signed off for this type of harassment though!

File a complaint with your State Attorney General.  I did.  If you are on the dnc list, you are not required to google their real numberl ike we did to "ask" to be left alone.  They can be fined $11K per call.    I fully intend to sue these ****s for disturbing my peace.

My wife and I too have been getting called every day despite telling them to NOT contact us back a***n.  If you are in the same boat as we are you would want to dial 610-874-5000, ext. 249.  That will get you to Jamie Dulin, director of marketing.  He will supposedly remove you number from calling lists.

I used PW&S as I was living alone and desperately needed new doors and some windows replaced in a 50 year old home.  They had the financing.  I had to call them back to do some repairs to the installed doors.  They say they don't use contractors, but they do.  The window guy, who was very nice, had just moved into the state within the week of putting in my windows. The door installer, a different guy, left the old metal *****ping, nails and other debris outside the door.  I continually get calls to have more work done, and I tell them I just can't afford it.  It is continual.  Boy do I wish I had used another company.....

I called back there real # number which is 610-874-5000 and the ****ing cvnt that I tried to be polite to was instantly nasty. They are scamming thiefs who prey on the weak and will pounce at the chance. Please report them to the BBB and report both #'s to the BBB and the donotcall.gov and put a stop to these scamming thiefs!

I just spoke to that ****ing cvnt on the phone and she was nasty, but said i would be off the list. I love being on the donotcall.gov list a have already reported them and will continue to do so every day whether they call or not. They are probably related to this s***bag thief that tried to sell us gutters from PA who I threw out of my house. First the sent a guy out trolling the neighborhoods saying he was just back from Iraq and seemed like a nice kid. They the do***ebag scamming salesman comes along a day later. Great way to do business PWS....

PWS guy - this ones for you.  I hada guy show up at my house, offer me a deal of a century and after the $1500 for the stimulus, it was only $8400 for 7 windows, installed!  What a bar***n!!  So politely I aske the gentlemen to leave, then I got the second offer, since we were friends and all.  That was only $7900, but I wasn't supposed to tell the neighbors, it was our secret.OK, so shady people, insane prices and probably ****py windows, I mean they are all plastic and nothing firm - selling point - see I listened.  But the farging calls that come after that are insane.  I have gotten over 50 calls in 2 months, I have taken and spoken to 4 different people about "Scheduling" only to inform them that I already had some one here, then they **** up.I have called PWS 11 times and gently, then more strongly, then aggrivated then angrily the hostily told tehm to take me off their list.  Finally reported them to the phone company and to the PUC and they stopped.  But I just got the call a***n, twice in an hour so guess, smart guy, guess who is getting a fine !!!!Bunch of ur****s, thinking your in some "Boiler Room" type scenario but the truth is your a bunch of ***odies, in a high turn over jobs paid to annoy the m*****.  I only hope you mothers, families, friends and so on are on this very same list and are horrified when they find out what you actually do for a living.  Go ***** or so****ing, at least people respect that.

I called the 610 number and you can no longer press 0 for an operator.  I randomly dialed X 125 and a gentleman picked up, took my information and stated he would remove my number.

I was approached on my street and felt bullied by making an appointment to have my home estimated. I called the company cancelling teh estimate and asked them specifically to NOT CALL MY CELL to use my home # . They are like talking to a rock. I keep getting annoying calls and att hours. I have called the 610-874-5000 and was told yes maam we will remove your number. Yeah let's see . I have tried the DO NOT CALL list, it just doesn't do any good .

I have been getting. calls weekly for about a month now. if I answer, I get a "ringing" not a busy signal. If I call back I get a "number not in service" message. At first I was very freaked out because I have heard of numbers that call you from overseas and if you answer, they can somehow charge your phone bill huge amounts of money. I didn't realize until reading this page that I s****ed getting calls only after having my name moved to the do not call list from PW&S people calling me every day! I think someone has an angry phone call coming their way...

I just called the 610-874-5000 number and pressed 0. That got me to an operator who told me she would take me off of the calling list.  She was somewhat pushy and said they were just calling to reschedule a free estimate appointment that I had scheduled (amazingly for how much they want my business, NO ONE from their company showed up). Told her I was not interested anymore and she asked why. I told her financial reasons and she seemed annoyed.  Really great customer service.  Anyway, we'll see how it goes.  The next call they get from me won't be so nice.

Me too, Joe... they called my home number twice around midnight last night, then a***n at 4:25 and 4:35am on my cell phone. My home number is unlisted/unpublished, so the only people who have it are those I've done business with... and I recently purchased windows from Power Windows and Siding. I'm about to call them and unleash***** for waking me, my wife and the kids.

Received calls on both home and cell phone.  Caller ID name "PWS". No reply, just ****-up.  Cannot call number back. I am a customer of Power Windows and Siding.  I called them to ask if this call was from them or a telemarketer working on their behalf.  They were not immediately aware, but promised to have their IT department look into it.  Call to my cell phone was placed at 2:00 a.m. this morning.

Same problem for me - I just called the 610-874-5000 to request my numbers be removed from their list.  We'll see how effective it is.

keep getting calls from these SOB's and cannot get this number blocked or reported. I have already registered to the DO NOT CALL.  A lot of good that does as you can see. When you dial the number it gives you a fast busy signal.  WHO IS THIS???  I called the company someone else posted the info and called the number 610 Power Windows and Siding and left a message for a Jamie.  Told him his company is getting bad press for being so annoying!! You should do the same.  Maybe it will help.

I am a single mom with a baby. I called PW&S to join the 21K sweepstakes. Part of that deal is to have someone come out to the house to do an estimate on what you want. They say it is in case you win. I know it isn't because I understand the whole hard sell thing. But, i decided that i'll let them come out and just won't buy unless i won so****ing. Anyway, I wasn't able to keep our first appointment and I told them I'd call them back in a week to reschedule as I would be traveling for work. I asked that they not call me as I could not be interrupted during work hours. I was very explicit! For the next 5 days, I was called repeatedly during all-day meetings with clients. I ignored them during work hours. On my way back home at the end of the week, i recieved another call. I asked that they remove my name from their list, i explained why i was annoyed and that i no longer wish to do business or receive calls from them. Later that night - around 8:45 - my phone rang (it was from 484-482-4805). I didn't know the number so i ignored it. SEVEN calls later, I labeled the number in my phone as "called after hours" and tried to call back - not in service. So, when it called me a***n, DURING WORK HOURS - 1.5 wks after i clearly told them not to call, i answered. It was power windows and siding. I told them that i didn't want a call, why, and to note the account. This is already too long; but, to sum it up, TWENTY calls later and EIGHT explicit calls later to TERRY.. TINA... whateverOH. GUESS WHAT -- I just got my second call in an hour. the guy said jAMIE (who was "in a meeting right now")gave him a note to call me to reschedule. I told him to get Jamie out of the meeting. Surprise! Jamie (this time) gave me his****urance (one of several so far) that i will not be called a***n. BOTTOM line. I"m VERY VERY willing to take legal action. ANY IDEAS if i have legal recourse? If the answer is no off the bat, i'd rather know than pay $375/hr to find that out. Now, its a matter of principle

They have called me from the 610 # and I have told them repeatedly to take me off their list. I called and got their voice mail.  I left a msg though to remove my phone number.  Hope it works!

This number calls very early in the morning and when you pick up there is no one in the other end. Who are these people??

THey have been callimg for about a year. If I answer, they **** up, and if I try to call back, it won't go through-says circuits are busy. How does that work?

these people call my home everyday and i answer n i have the busy signal on the other end! then when i call the number back it tells me this number is disconnected how can i stop this it is ridculous
