I just received a phone call from a man, stating he was calling on behalf of Capital One.  I have an outstanding balance and they were willing to settle on an amount on the account.  I explained to him that I was unemployed, and not able to pay that amount at this time, he asked when I lost my job so I told him.  He stated that I should have thought about that when I was receiving checks from my job, and that I should have paid, and if im trying to get away with it i am not going to, and he was going to forward my account to the attorneys office in PA, then ***g up on me!!  I called him back and told him he was arrogant and to have the attorneys office contact me and i would tell them the same thing.  He then said I should "get my priorities straight" and ***g up on me a***n!!  What a *****!!
