Since this came in on my cell and it is on the do not call list, I filed a complaint with the FCC.  I also filed a complaint with the Attorney General, state of PA.

I just got a call from this number on my "special" cell phone. This cell is special bc I only use it to enter swwepstakes (its my hobby/job- I spend about 6-8 hours a day EVERY day entering them and YES its worth it. I win the best stuff all the time).My point is this- the only people who have this number are the marketsing companies who handle the sweeps. Needless to say, whenever this phone ring I leap for it! This time, however, I ran outside to speak w some1 real quick. when I came back in I saw the missed call. Now some of my sweeps have a rule where thing call you just once and if you dont anser tough apples, they call someone else. So I looked up this # and th**** the info I find. Is it possible its a marketing company for so****ing? its just so wierd bc ***ODY has this #- not my husband kids or bffs.

My cell rang once, but no one left a message.  This all sounds fishy to me!

cell rang once, then ***g up.  called number back and received a message "welcome to hey cosmo" wait till we retreive your records.  ***g up.  call came in 8:45 am cst.

somebody called on my cell phone introducing himself as HeyCosmo company

It rang twice and no message for me

Its for a call automation company called Hey Cosmo! You can use it to make anonymous calls

That number just called my phone at 1:37 pm it rang once then ***g up. i also live in CA

Called back.  Regret it.  The message retrieved definitely sounded like some major adverti*****t.

i got a call from this number yestyerday evening, called a back today. weired some "hay cosmo.com" messages service. but i did not even have a message waiting.

I'm in Calif, got a call from this number at 9:27am on my cell. They didn't leave a message.

Got a call this Sunday morning August 7, 2009 at 8:46 AM.  Not recognizing the number I called it back and got that goofy Cosmo message about message retrieving.I am very curious as to the motive of this call - I have to believe they want you to call back so they know they have found a working cell phone number they can sell to telemarketers.

I got a call from these people too, on a cell phone at 04:17 PM PST. I am also in California. A voice recorded message said "Welcome to hey Cosmo, please wait as your record is being retrieved." Then it disconnected. Tried calling it back, and same message.

Also got a call from this number in California. I answered and called back, and it mentioned Kelly Clarkson, Kanye West, and others. Asked me to send a text message for more information. Still don't know who it is, sounds like a promotion

I live in CA.  Got a missed call from this number around 20:00 EST.  Basic free trace routes to Northampton County, PA.  No message left.
