They call 20 times a day even on weekends. After i was two days on my carpayment and has threatened to take my car away , and they call me from ten different numbers , and im not even a month late yet.

There is a 10 day grace period. Why do they call when you are a day late. They get on my nerves. I cant wait to pay them off. I will never do business with them a***n.

Calling my job and my work cell phone. I don not have a personal cell phone.

they call all day everyday. i made a payment 10 am and they were calling back @ 1015a. this must stop they call allll the time payment or not. and they are very rude.

I get calls from this number and many others. Every time I look the number up on the internet, I see that many others our complaining about the same numbers. Apparently, they are from Wells Fargo. I have never had an auto loan with them. I just had my cell number c****ed because of these types phone calls, and now I am still getting them on a ***nd new number. Anyone have any suggestions?

I get calls from this number and about 20 others several times a day. I dont have an account with them and this will guarantee that I never do business with them. On one of the rare occasions that there was actually a rep on the phone when I answered it, (usually they are chatting in the background and not paying attention or not there at all) they asked for a man named Eduardo. When I explained that they had the wrong number they argued with me. I have elevated this to several supervisors and even filed a complaint with an attorney, yet the calls still keep coming. They keep calling from different numbers all over the country and will never leave a message. The calls s**** at 8am and will continue all day long every half hour to hour until 8pm. My attorney is working up a lawsuit a***nst them for harassment since they have been told verbally and in writing that they have the wrong number.

i do not answer # that i dont know it would be nice if companys would use only one # for calling us it gets pretty awful when you get several rings from the same companys all day long

BELLE. I agree with you I have done the same thing. I pay my bills but I have mouths to feed that comes first over anything. After I have bought the necessities I need for the month then I pay my bills. Those bill collectors can not say that they have never been in a situation where they were late on at least one of their bills at one time or another so there is no need for them to look down, harrass or talk to someone in a rude or degrading manner

I am one day late on my bill.They have called me twice today and it is Sunday. It is a***nst some law for collectors or businesses to call people on Sunday's and certain Holidays maybe thats one way around them being able to harrass you by having an automated system call.

Call almost at all hours between 7 am and 10 pm

They seem to call at all times of the day.  Not just one phone call, about 6-7 times a day from different numbers.  I have tried everything nothing seems to work.  I want to just run my car through their front doors.

If I get calls from 800-numbers on my cell phone, I don't answer it; I don't care who they are.  If they're legit, they will leave a message.  Here's a tip I use: Make an entry in your phone contacts named "Don't Answer" and list all the harrassing numbers under that name (I can list about 6 of them under that one name--they use different numbers to contact you, right?).  Then put that "Don't Answer" entry with a certain quiet, unannoying ringer.  When I hear that ring, I ignore it and it doesn't bother me.  I'm not a debt-dodger, if I owe the money, I pay it.  But there are many of us out there who don't deserve to be hounded like this.

i got a call from this number and my payment is only 4 days late.  whatever wells fargo!  get over it!if you are not 30 days late on your payment then you dont have to worry about your credit bureau reflecting this.  it's very annoying but the phone number is on my reject list and goes straight to vm.

Wells Fargo. Everyone falls behind from time to time, but if your not smart your car WILL BE TAKEN! Here is what you do: 1-Hide it over a friends house NOT on the slip you used to buy the car. 2-Never tell anyone were you live. You can lie on the app, they don't check. I never ever told any dealership were I live nor give them my number. 3-If they do find your number and call like they always do, put your car in storage until you can get caught up. 4-Use a Magic Jack and Track cell phone so they can't find you. It is a shame people have to do stuff like I just said, but when they call and ***t you down so much you really don't have much choice. Wells Fargo doesn't care about your hard times or how you work to put food on the table, and how YOU NEED THAT CAR TO LIVE. They are blood ****ers and just want your money or car back!!

First time I received a call from this number. It rang once and they ***g up. I haven't done business with Wells Fargo in several years. If it is a debt collector, they would not have any reason to call me.

there is one little thing you might try check out the "Telephone Consumer Protection Act"if you ask anyone to stop calling you they have to stop calling youwhen they call ask them to send you a copy of there "Do Not Call Rules"they have to send it to you, but they wontthey think there so big and bad but thats how you get off there list, and they wont do itlog there calls and all info you can then you have a legal caseand it will workand you will receive damage's

They call several times a day, using different numbers, I am up to 13 numbers. They leave one message, not letting you know who is calling, just "Mr K" and "business call"

These people keep calling everyday 5 to 8 times a day. looking for someone and telling me all about there debt. I've asked them to stop calling but 15 minutes later they call a***n. help

I thought it was only me that they call ALLLLLLL DAYYYY long.  I recently made a mistake and gave them my cell phone number Wednesday, but I'ma cover that as soon as I can catch another call.  What I've done in the past was convince them that this wasn't my phone and if they didn't remove my number I would contact a lawyer.  I did ask them to remove my work phone and they did.  Ladies and Gents I wasn't even 24hrs late and she called requesting a payment.  GMAC never did that!

They have my phone number for someone else and continue to call me looking for this person. I have told them numerous times that they have the wrong phone number but they dont believe me and keep asking for the correct number. I have even called the number back to have my number removed but when they look up my number they say there is no record of it! THIS IS B.S.!!!!!

Even after making a car payment they still call you. *** is a website payment for if they don't even check their own system?  Here are the numbers that Wells Fargo F'ers call from, 866-913-9323, 484-895-2000, 605-226-9444/7900, 816-584-2070, 800-565-2310, 407-444-1995, 801-246-0600, 800-872-3862, 866-223-9326, 866-849-1945, 480-337-2900, 815-235-7297, 800-670-9944, 514-560-2364. That's just a few I'm sure but also the reason why they can get away with calling you 10 times a day within a 15 minute time frame.  Personally I have stopped making my payments and want them to come pick up the car. I'd rather pay a tote the note place then deal with a finance ins***ution that harr***** their customers.

As of 10:00am this morning I have received another call s****s off as a computer voice telling you to hold for an important message then finally I hear a real voice it's a woman and she is asking for this same guy a***n. I informed her that I had repeatedly told this company that this man didn't live here and that I didn't know who he was and to stop calling my house looking for him. She then ask was I sure I didn't know him. I told her that if she called my house a***n that I would have charges brought up a***nst her.

These people are tenacious idiots.  They call 7 days a week, several times an hour, every hour.  They've already been contacted by my lawyer, but yet continue to call.  I thought that this was illegal.

Aaah. Good 'ole Wells Fargo. Very fine people to deal with. They have more numbers than a small town phone book. They s****ed with me calling on due dates. (As a friendly reminder) If they had posted the payment in a timely manner that would not have happened. As most of you know the FDCPA applies to bill collectors only, but my state includes creditors. Writing them seemed to do no good. I guess it's time for civil action.

It is Wells Fargo.  Yes they call the day the payment is due if it is not there.  Sometimes they leave a message and sometimes they don't.  They have even called my place of employment, even after they have been told not to call our work.  According to the fair credit act, if you tell a creditor they cannot contact you at work, they MUST stop calling you at work.  I finally threatened my lawyer on them!

It is wells fargo.  They have lots of numbers to call from and sometime leave a message and sometimes not.  If you do talk with someone and try to call that particular person back, can never get them.  It's always someone else and you have to s**** all over with that person.

This is wells fargo and that call is on a computer, it leaves no message it just continues to call until you answer.  If you are not ready to deal with them, just ignore that call.
