Who Called: Amazon

Asked if I purchased a $120 gift card on my Amazon account. I said no, they said someone in Ohio did & they need to connect me to Amazon's secure server to block this person's IP address. Told me to download the Quick Support app, which allows them remote access to my phone. If you open the app & say the code shown, they can see everything on phone, including online bank info., passwords, etc.
