The rep claims to be with Bank of America alerting of Zelle Fraud transaction. However the caller is actually Fraud, attempting to get you to transfer money.

Caller with heavy Spanish accent said his name was Jim Davis. He posed as a representative of Bank of America's anti Fraud Division. He said the Bank Customer was being ripped off by another person who wanted to open an account using the Bank Customer's name and address.

Caller named Jim Davis said he wanted to help a bank customer to stop an unauthorized account linking to the bank customer. He gave a Zelle email number to syphon off money from the bank customer. This phone 501-299-6620 is still active and the scammer is still using this number.
