the number isn't meant to be spam or anything. it's just the the dialer for entrance in the front gate of apartment complex. basically someone dials a code for the person they're visiting and the dialer****ociated with this number calls resident's phone.

I've received over 100 phone calls from this number in the past week. Only once has there been a voice there. I have called the police and reported them for harassment- I wish they would quit!
