I called them just now which is about 6:30 and I got someone who told me that you can usually get someone after hours, which 5:30. The person that I spoke to was knowledgeable and not rude at all.

Calls back to back. No voicemails left.

Called back to back numerous times, never leaving a message.

They call constantly back to back, and they have your name. “Hi this is insurance quotes, calling for “your name”. I want to talk to you about your insurance plan, is that ok?”

501-547-8791 has called several times and did not leave msg. My husband has terminal cancer ‘ we do NOT NEED THIS kind of frustration and worry!!
