Mid South is harrassing me for $1549.00 which the hospital gave them to bill me before the hospital had even sent a bill to any of my insurance companies. This bill does not specify what it is for, neither will the hospital . Mid South has continued to call twice daily and send a bill. I've talked with a lady at the hospital and she is nice and is trying to bill Medicare and Aetna the correct billing info. This company ***g up on me when I called them to explain. The lady from the hospital has called them to get them to stop and it hasn't worked. The hospital is really apologetic, but now they cannot stop this Mid South from harrassing me. I don't know what to do. I'm very upset and tired of this company and their unprofessional conduct. ****ing up on me when I'm trying to talk about the bill and the situation is harrassing and also the phone calls are a harrassment.Mid South tells me they are only a billing agency and not a collection agency. But, billing agencies don't call and harrass and **** up on you. Also, they send itemized bills and are happy to talk with you about insurance, etc.

I've now s****ed receiving calls from them. I just don't answer.

I get at least one and sometimes two calls a day from this number.  Many times when I answer my phone they don't say anything, so I have called the number and they identify themselves as Midwest Benefits.  I have told them each time to not call me a***n and to remove my number from their calling list. Then they **** up on me.  The next day I get more calls from them.  The calls just keep coming.  How can I get them to stop calling?

This number calls but leaves no message, and will not answer the phone when I return the call.

Same as Pat's and other's below... multiple calls from MidSouth LLC from two separate numbers and no voicemails ever left!

5-6-09 10:09am.  Looked at CID & I just ***g up.  Have gotten calls from a different # 318-329-0053 with text MIDSOUTH.
