it's from Window's USA, either you or someone reference your number to them, and they will call several time in the year
I had asked for a call from Windows USA and this was it but it felt spammy at the end after he collected personal information (address and husband name) and said they'd call me back when they had a rep in the area. WEIRD! They better not come to my house uninvited. We are well armed.
