I don't recognize this number. I don't answer and they never leave a message. Have called several times, including at 7:30 a.m.

It's a "GlobalPOPS" dial up internet access number and the phonespammers are jacking these numbers for criminal purposes. I get calls from these internet access numbers all the time, and within a few hours I s**** getting "Card Services" calls from ***nd new numbers. These criminals call about 4 times a day on average sometimes up to 3 calls from the same number per day with a couple others thrown in the mix. Some of the numbers are s****ed, and they will s**** numbers a digit or two off from my own number to make it look as though it is one of the nieghbors calling. The FCC has sent me letters stating " this does not fall under our jurisdiction" and to contact the TOOTHLESS FTC do not call list, and AT&T is totally useless on the matter, paying only lip service, probably because they are making money off the situation.

They keep calling.. can't call them back because it is a fax ma****e....

I am on a no call list and they keep calling. I blocked this number now. Hope this will work.

Same as other commenters...calls 8:30am, after a few seconds I hear "good-bye". When I've called back it sounds like a fax ma****e squeal...This number calls on average, maybe once every 10days to 2 weeks and is very annoying.

Have called several mornings around 7:30am, hear "good buy" in a computer voice, then **** up. Called the number back and it sounded like the call went into a fax ma****e

Called at 8:30am CST on the dot, left no message. I have no idea who they are or what they would want. Arkansas?
