Very rude and ***ue

I have been getting calls from this number on my cell phone, which I don't give out to very many people. I don't answer calls if I don't recognize the number. A message is usually not left. Just now I got another call and I let it go to the voice mail. The message said "Hell Ms. -----, This is Suzanne Purdue and I am calling about that important financial business matter and need you to call me back at 1-800-754-1975 as soon as possible. It is possible this could be a collection call but if they don't tell me exactly what it pertains to I won't call them back. The only outstanding bill I have is a medical one, which I am slowly paying off, they are the only businesses that I give my cell phone number to so a doctor, etc can reach me anytime. I think the medical facilities pass the number on to the collection agencies.

Who ever this number is keeps calling my house and is rude and ****s up on my step-daughter.
