Told me to call and gave office hours. No other details. Called was “unknown”

I got the same thing today, only for my 12 year old daughter!!  Caller ID says "Unknown" and a recorded, computer message is left with the number and a reference number.  Doesn't say what it's for, and there is NO way I'm letting my daughter call them!  I called, rang 4 times before someone picked up the phone and asked me to hold.  Yeah, I don't think so!  Click!

They called my moms phone asking for someone that didnt made sense. it was my name backwards. when i asked him to clarify he said hed have to have a social security number and that he didnt know who he was looking for. i told him to call back when he has a name and that we dont give out social security numbers to unknown names.

The caller ID showed 'unknown', but the voice mail left was a recorded message telling me to call 5022611015 about a reference number, but didn't say what for.
