SHPS is a third party health care administrator. They manage Co***, FSA & HSA accounts as well as the benefits for many employers throughout the United States. The reasons you may be getting their calls are the following:1. Health care benefits (info may be wrong, or it's a follow up on an open call)2. Co*** non-payment3. HSA Account (same as #1)4. FSA Account (same as #1)5. Insufficient do***ents (for health insurance)

Says they are calling for Medco about a presciption plan through your insurance. Very rude! When I told them I was on the no call list they ***g up

This number comes up at least once a day...today, 4 times. We called the number back, today, and the woman who answered (who, by the way, was porky) said she couldn't help us as she was from the "security office." She said to call back Monday. We googled the phone number and SHPS came up which is a "health insurance company." I found the corporate office number in Kentucky and, guess what?...***ody answered, nor were there voicemail capabilities or options available. Yes, fishy. This outfit also doesn't seem to have any local agents where we live. I wonder if their attorney general and their state insurance department know how they're operating?

I've had 4 calls from this number within the last week. If I answer they **** up, if the ma****e picks up they **** up. This is getting old.

Call came and asked for my wife.  I told the guy she wasn't available, and he pressed and asked a***n for her.  When I a***n told him i was her husband and asked how I can help, he just ***g up the phone...hasn't called back since

Said they sent us information in the mail and wanted to check out account details? This sounds more than fishy
