When I picked up, I got a robot voice, no identification, went straight to hold music. They’ve called twice this month. First time I didn’t answer, today I got the above. I do have a tiny dental policy with Humana—if that’s who it is. They call once or twice a year trying to sell me a Medicare advantage plan, but these callers clearly identify themselves.

I just recently signed up for Humana Insurance with a licensed representative. And now I am getting bogus calls from Humana wanting information from me. I use the license representative that signed me up. This is third party trying to scam. .

Nothing was spoken. They just hung up.

This is Humana HQ number that comes up as follow up when you speak to a Humana insurance agent. Each agent has their own direct dial number.

Called me "Brenda" and said I needed to update my life insurance.

Attempts to gather information to supposedly sell gap insurance. Could not understand caller. I continued to ask them to repeat themselves slowly. Once they were frustrated I asked if their mother knows what a ************* they were? Then informed I would tell her when she was done cleaning my toilet.

Wanting to sign my husband up for Humana, and he isn't even in Medicare! You can sue them for this. I won a suit from Carilion hospital for robo calling. Sue them.

Said he was calling about my plan d but s****ed talking about benefits that I know are only available thru an advantage plan. Told him I'd call humana directly if I need to c****e anything. This was not a number I have called before to contact humana

Your Humana agent quit no longer in business. I told the woman calling that I would verify that with my agent since wouldn't give me that name. BS scam. Call came up as Humanan. Called frequently. Ignore this call.

502-301-1970 has been identified as a telemarketing scam spam call by Humana Ins. This number calls 3-6 times per day for a whole month now and will not stop. The FCC needs to be notified.

They don't talk until you say*****o. They record your voice for marketing and spam rip off. Sometimes they sell drugs sometimes wanting personal inf. Don't answer, don't return call. Call the number on your member card!! Don't get scammed!!!

Claims to have "IMPORTANT INFORMATION" but if it is so important why do they use a robo call? Last time I took the call they wanted to push us into continuing coverage and as a result of at least 2 calls a day for the past two weeks, we will NEVER use them a***n. Drug pushing!
