i had the same problem as everyone else posting here. but today i found out it was call automated call center from citgo that was constantly calling.

calling me about 3 times a day. Have never found a person at the other end and can't call back. filed complaint at http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

Have been getting calls all day for many days. No one responds and when i call back, the response is "discontinued number."

This Citibank Univ has been dialing my number 3-4 times a day for the last 2 weeks. When I answer the phone they **** up before I can find out what they want. I am tired if these unwanted calls.

tired of getting annonymous call every day any where to complain other than citi sears master card? shouldn't they be punished for harrassing customer undiserably?

They call saying it is a private business but refuse to speaking with anyone else. The caller ID shows Dna. Don't say what the business is.

I keep recieving calls from Citibank Sears Mastercard days after my account was cleared up by the bank, and my amount due is zero. Yet I recieve calls several times a day from them. I called this number back, it is Citibank Past Due Dept. They said I owe zero. And they will take me off their list, but it will take 1 hour to do that. Only 20 minutes later, I recieve another call from this number. I'll see if the calls stop in another half hour. Don't be afraid to call and complain. Sometimes it's just a matter of who you talk to.

I'm not too sure who this is, but they call 6-9 times a day, they never actually pick up and flood my voicemail with an automated message. Plus they call at the most random times, like in the morning at 7 am, or at 8:30 pm; which is extremely annoying.

This number continues calling 3-4 times throughout the day to include Sat-Sund.  I have already informed them to turn any unpaid bills to a collection agency.

s****ed calling me a few days ago..i miss the calls they leave no message..and u cant call back. i have no debts right now that are past due that are not way beyond the statue of limitations,so they have to be a scam. but i want the annoying phone ringing all day to stop!!

this # calls 5 times a day rings 3 times and never leaves a recorded mesage. could be citibank or sears citi cards. but they just ring & ring all day.

Went to call this number back and said not in service after 1 minute of a missed call.

These people call, leave a msg that they are calling from NRS (?) and to call them regarding a letter they send -- I'm puzzled becuase I wondering what letter!!! I have not receive any mail from these people! If you're going to call, be the "professional" you are and leave further details.

Well, if it is Sears/Citibank, I'll say this--they're persistent. I've received anywhere from 2 to 3 or more calls a day for the past week or so. Seems I i***vertently missed on payment of about $27 at the end of May beginning of June. Now, they've jacked it up almost 4x to $103. Interesting approach to someone who has paid, for the most part, on time and missed ONE EFFING payment. (By the way, it's budgeted for this month, so....)

I am so sick of this number 5023577999 calling repeatedly every 2hrs. I have a block number application installed on my blackberry even then they somehow they manage to make it to my sprint voice mail every now and then and leave a blank message. Is there any value in leaving a complaint here?

This is Citibank/Sears, they always talk to me when I answer though.

Called my cell at 8.25 am, woke me up on a sa****ay morning. I was delerious so I answered. A female asked for me by my first name. Once confirmed she ***g up. If it is citibank, makes sense, I do have a sears card and disconnected my land line phone w/o giving them a way to contact me. That was almost 4 months ago.

Numerous calls in violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act - daily, throughout the day, beginning before 8 a.m. and ending after 11 p.m. Every time I answer the call (ID "Kentucky" at 502.357.7999), the caller ****s up. Each time they **** up, I return the call and hear the same automated message each time, first in English, then in Spanish: "The number or code you have dialed is incorrect, please check the number or code and try a***n." This is followed by the following automated message: "Message 7. Switch 613." Does anybody know what "Message 7 Switch 613" means?

CallerID history indicate 'CITIBANK UNIVER', and when my answering ma****e picked up, an auto-responding computer said to wait for next available agent. Next, a live person asks to speak with 'Tanya', but ****s up since I was not home at the time. There is no 'Tanya' here, but neighbor has same last name. I am leaning toward the idea it is a credit collector that got our number by mistake... that is, until I searched for the number!

Company calling elderly ***her in 90's 2 to 3 times a day. Wake him up every morning as they call early. Will not talk to family member, insist on talking to him. States not debt related but will not reveal purpose of call. Have been asked repeatedly not to call his number as on do not call list. In process of of getting him unlisted number.

I receive calls from 502-357-7999 on my cell phones and no one leaves a message.

They called me twice today and did not leave any messages. I tried to call back and I got an automatic voice saying it was not a working number.

Received a call on my cellphone, for which I just got a new number from a woman asking to speak to a so****ing Furnell/Purnell. (a man's name) I told her there was no one at this number by that name. She asked me to verify the phone number so she could remove it from her database. She never identified herself by name or the business she supposedly was calling from to verify this other person as having my phone number.

Calls begin at 7:30 am and continue until 9PM...never leave a message. Called back number and they didn't know why I was called.

these people called about 12 times over 2 days. One time I answered, and a woman said she was looking for Barbara, and that she gave my number as a home phone number. Said it was business related. These people ****. I would like to knock on their door at 6am.

No idea why they are calling. Looked it up and it says Sears Card Collections. My payments are up to date and they don't speak when I answer.

This phone number calls me from the early morning hours Sunday through Sa****ay.  They are not calling my phone at work.
