Humana on the weekends calling me, one time a woman left me a voicemail as I called being told Humana my Insurance company was open, but after going through 10 minutes of prompts just for the automated system to say they are closed call back during business hours Monday through Friday. This happening right as all the computers shut down 7/18/2024. That following Sat and Sun! The woman never gave me a number to call back, when I call this number back I get the same thing. Just an hour ago I received a call from the same number and I picked up. But this time someone was on the other line and ***g up on me! It’s ironic. PAID MEMBERS CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE REGARDING ANY TYPE IF MEMBER SERVICE YET THEY CAN HARASS US ON THE WEEKEND? ON A SUNDAY?

I tried to call back with not answer. Google AI found it too be****ociated with a pharmacy and Medicare, so I suspect it was a Spam Call.
