I just got a call from this number on my cell phone too, except they didn't leave a message, I don't know about anybody else but I'm in Ca***a and didn't even recognize the area code.

This number calls me often.... the message is in Spanish. I have no idea what they are saying. When you call back it states the number is out of service.
