Leave a CommentThis is a scammer going by the name of David Tovar Perez. Claims to be an engineer widow with two small children. Hits you through Instagram. Charming man sounds very credible but he is a total scammer. Also uses a boy as his son Erick Tovar as part of this scheme.
This number was given by an individual claiming to be David Tovar Perez home number when he is trying to validate that he is real. The phone number just rings and no one ever answers. Its a scam.
