Robo call on credit. I'm on the DO NOT CALL List.
Obviously an automated initiated call, a real voice answered when i answered...said I have been pre-approved for a credit account, all I had to do was answer a few questions. Obviously a scam because I have not applied for any credit in several years...I ***g up.
It was an automated lady from "consumer services" wanting to help me lower my bills. I wouldn't have answered but the call was from Kentucky and I live in Louisville.
They are violating do not call list. get unsolicited calls from them
Receive a call from them stating they could lower my interest rates on my cards. I asked what card? The gentleman began rambling off different banks such as Chase, Capitol One, etc. I stated I don't have any of those cards. He proceeded to **** up. Spam...do not give them any of your information!!
Credit card scam. They offered to reduce interest rates and used generic number's/statistics to rope me into giving them my credit card number. "Sometime's you pay more than the minimum and the combined credit of all your cards is over $3,000, right?" And then proceeded to name general credit card companies, hoping I had a card with one of them. They don't actually know my name either. "The card s****s with 47, am I right?" Told him I didn't have the card on me. "Ok, go get the card and tell me the rest of the numbers." Yeah, no. I asked why he would be calling me from Kentucky instead of Chase calling me themselves. Told him it was sketchy and then he ***g up on me.
