Fundraiser to benefit families of fallen police officers. Requesting donations

Stated she needed to do "verification of my Medicare information," s****ed with "did I have my Covid vaccinations. " She refused to ID herself, a***n stating she was from Medicare. She stated call was being recorded. I told her Medicare does not call & where did she get my number. She said the call was computer generated. Background sounded like a call room.

After I said no about donation he suggested $20 to keep the amount low. I asked him where the call was coming from and he thanked me and got off the phone real fast.

I did not answer.

If you answer without saying anything, they say Hi is John there? If you say anything at all then they say maybe you can help me, it’s a fundraiser for police so****ing or other. But that’s probably not true either
