I own this number. I am trying to find out what Verizon has done with “our” phones. They were to return our phones if we chose to return to Spectrum within 30 days. We returned their devices within 30 days but they scrubbed our phones and allegedly mailed them out! As a result, we have lost all our data. The Verizon rep said that we didn’t need to keep our numbers; “it’s just a classification”!!! Our important documents, medical records, pictures, taxes accounts, etc., are GONE. They refused to give us a transfer PIN. We have contacted the Atty General’s office. Verizon has been a complete disaster.
