Continually call and **** up when I answer.

Just to let all of you know. I did file a complaint with the BBB on their business practices. Hopefully they will send them a message.

Andrew from Phillips and company. It was an obvious sales call. We are registered on the DNC. He just asked to speak to the owner of our company. After I informed him that he is not availble, he kept asking for when is a better time to call. I told him that there is no time it varies from day to day and he keeps his own schedule. He just kept repeating himself. Such a rude person! Thanks to all of you I know never to let this call go through!

James Mglauphlin called to sell the services of Phillips. I told him I wasnt interested. The second time I told him of my lack of interest, he ***g up on me. I called the company back and spoke to a manager, Ben Rollins. He seemed annoyed by my call. It appears to me that this company is a low m**** group of people focused on dishonest ***n.

I continue to be a victim of ILLEGAL BROKERAGE ACTIVITIES by Phillip's & Company Securities Inc 1300 SW 5th AvePortland, OR 97201-5602 503 -224-0858.To whit, I am on the DNC list, I have no commercial, political, or customer relationship with the firm.  The firm continues to call me in spite of my DNC registry and their being informed, each time, that I am not accepting calls from them.This brokerage firm continues to engage in illegal brokerage activity.This appears to be a matter for both the Securities and Exc****e Commission as well as the FCC.If they lost their brokerage licensing/registration, the illegal brokerage activity (these calls) might cease.denebleo.sec.govis an online form for registering complaints with the SEC.  It makes provision for attachments (I have photos of the Caller-ID displays on each of three different telephones for 2010-02-17 and 2010-04-08 illegal calls).Take photos, detail times/dates, and get the SEC after this brokerage house for their illegal activities.

THis company calls and calls and will not say WHO they are but when ask for the owner and are told he is NOT available.....they just **** up!!!!!! RUDE, extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

Receive SEVERAL calls from this number... they usually call and **** up as soon as I answer.  Don't  have caller ID... have to *69 each time... they usually call about 2 or 3 times a day...  When I try to call back, number is either busy or disconected... Today, someone finnaly answered, she was vary nice and sweet "Of Course we can remove you from our call list...."  These Call Centers should be shut DOWN! (or ****n up) You Choice!   ;-)

I answered the phone and the caller said, "May I speak to Don/Dawn"?  When I replied, "I'm sorry.  You have the wrong number" I was immediately ***g up on.  No apologies like, sorry to have bothered you or any other courteous response.  Just an abrupt **** up!  So rude.

Called my business this morning and when they asked for the owner and they weren't in, they simply ***g up the phone.A**holes

These guys call...ask for the owner...when not in simply **** up.  I am so tired of this junk.  They could at least have the courtesy to say who they are and be accepted or rejected.  No manners...lousy company==503-224-0858
