Definitely scammer. Indian accent talking about problems with windows. This has been featured on Investigative news reports. I told him my computer had died and ***g up:)))

Called at 6 in the morning. No company name, Indian accent, "Windows is reporting several deadly viruses. If you'll turn on your computer, I'll show you what I mean."
