We all should s**** CALLING THEM! OFTEN! Ask them how they got into this line of work. Why not so****ing more respectable like pros***ution or burger king? Harass them right back. Suggest they get their GED  and try to go to a community college, learn a trade. Ask them why they are such a failure. Do they drink a lot? Have they considered *******? Rip these f***ers apart. Oregon claims to be such a liberal state but then they allow this state law? Allow a company to harass you? All it is is harassment. Who the***** would call back someone they don't know? And then they use you not calling them back as a reason to charge you more money. I seriously thought it was **** spam. Give these a**holes***** until they cave!!!!!!

This person called me using their first name only and used only my first name trying to sound like they were a friend of mine.  Identified himself only as "Buddy".  Yeah right.  The number that showed on the caller ID was 360-256-8214, but the call back number he gave was 503-252-0083.

I've been getting calls for a couple of weeks but no messages left.  The number fits considering I was woke up today to a process server.  I'm being sued.  I've never spoken with anyone at Quick Collect nor have I been sent anything from them.  Hopefully I can avoid the lawsuit by making payment arrangements with them.  TRIED that with the hospital billing people and didn't get anywhere.

Just fot a call fro ma blocked number. just called me by name and asked me to call. Her name was Jennifer. I don't know a Jennifer, and found this number tied to many addresses. They also asked for another person named "ROCO", and I have no idea who that is.

Keep calling doesn't say what it's in regards to just to call back.

Further research on the street address (235 122nd Ave #301, PORTLAND, OR 97230) comes up with the following information.  Agencies Financial Services‎ - 235 NE 122nd Ave, Portland, OR‎ - (503) 252-0083‎This address is located near the intersection of NE Glisan Street and NE 122nd Avenue, in East Portland and across the street from the Multnomah County Sheriff Offices.Google “Agencies Financial Services” brings up nothing but the same address

Left a 10 second voice mail with the following (Yes, (my name), this is Bob give me a call 503-252-0083.)  He did not identify himself or state the purpose of the call.Found out that this is not a business number but a personal number****ociated with Quick Collect, Inc., P.O. BOX 55457, PORTLAND, OR 97238, (503) 252-0083 (800)252-6322  Furthermore this phone number and address is****ociated with a DANIEL L GARNER,(Age 60) born 19 Mar 1949.Besides the PO Box in Portland, He has one other Portland address: 235 122nd Ave #301, PORTLAND, OR 97230, And seven other addresses of which three are in Utah and four in Washington.

Called today left message sounded very troublesome like so****ing was bad wrong...Exact Msg:DALE, THIS IS BOB, YOU, (SIGH) BETTER GET IN TOUCH WITH ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!Talk about loan shark tactics!!!

This person called left there number and said call.  If you can't leave your name and the company you are working for.  Don't ring my phone.

CALLED ME AND GAVE THE NAME OF VONDA PENDERGASS WITH AN ACCOUNT NUMBER BUT DIDN'T SAY WHO THEY WERE (QUICK COLLECT) OR WHAT THE ACCOUNT WAS REFERRING TO.  THEY CALLED AT WORK BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE MY CELL NUMBER ... YET, THEY ALWAYS HAVE A WAY OF FINDING IT.

THEY CALLED TODAY AND MADE IT SOUND TERRIBLY URGENT, AND THE OTHER DAY A GUY CALLED AND LEFT A MESSAGE LIKE ONE OF MY FRIENDS WOULD HAVE...SO, I SAT DOWN TONIGHT AND GOOGLED THE NUMBER (I FINALLY HAVE A COUPLE THINGS GOING OFF MY CREDIT REPORT...YAY!!!) AND JUST AS I SUSPECTED!! THEY ARE TRYING TO GET ME TO TALK TO THEM!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA....NOT A **** CHANCE! I DID MY TIME, THAT **** NEEDS TO GO! LOL!!!

It is a collection agency for medical bills I'm sure.  They call work and everyone's # trying to reach you.  If you tell them not to contact you at work they will do so anyways.

At least you got phone calls.  They never called once or even sent a letter before they sent a small claims court summons for my girlfriend.  It is not a scam.  If they are harassing you for a debt that isn't yours (debt of a family member etc), then you have rights to get them off your back.  If they are bothering you for a debt they claim is yours but isn't you also have a right to make them validate that debt.  But if it is yours and you owe it then take care of it.  Please ignore people who go online and judge others in very rude and unsophisicated manners, but it is true they can't identify themselves, if they do it is usually only an acronym, (they could say QCI but not Quick Collect). But you know the number now and know who it is.  So a warning for all of you out there who choose to ignore them, don't be surprised if they sue you too.

Guy named Gary Johnson phoned my Mother-n-law looking for my husband. Said it was very important but would give no info other than his name and number and said he had even tried to reach my husband on his job.  If they have his employment number, then they should have our home phone number, not his Mother's.

Get constant phone calls from 503-252-0083 saying, "this is **x (I've had 3 different people call) can you give me a call.Assumed collection agency due to my cancer related medical bills since no identifying information given.  Only by googling the number did I find out who it was.  I've been called all hours of the day and night including weekends.  I have an answering ma****e that monitors all calls and if they don't identify - I don't pick up.

Someone called from this number...just said "This message is for ** this is Debbie, please call me at 503-252-0083."  Figured it was collections...geesh

Lady named Mrs. Morris called saying that I spoke to someone named Ann regarding an issue with my son- and that I was going to take care of it. 1) NOT true- ....I do pay some of my son's bills from my account- he pays me- I pay online or write a check occasionally. I never speak to anyone- just normal monthly bills. 2) Definitely a collection agency- not identifying themselves as such- ..and have NO business calling me or my cell phone for any reason at all.  Agencies like this should be monitored and fined for their tactics.

They are a collection agency and don't specify who they are.  The message left said "Hi, my name is Christina, please call me at 503-252-0083."  No reference as to them being a COLLECTION AGENCY.  Don't call anyone back who doesn't say who they are.
