Very garbled message. Will not call back based on what I've read below.

Selling security system

I received a garbled message from this number, but instead of calling it back, I just googled the number.

What ever happened to the Federal Opt Out list? Isn't that supposed to protect us from getting these calls? I got the call today. A lady repeatedly said "Hello" 4-5 times then said "Hi, this is Karen", which was followed by some giggling and then she ***g up!!! I normally don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize, but I'm expecting calls from job offers as well as from various rental agencies.

Called, left no message, not a number I recognize, although interestingly, a Portland number which is where I'm from.

spam trying to sell a security system. the original call was garbled, then ***g up...leading me to of course call back....and get pre-recorded spam. ugh.
