more 503 number calls to delete from voice mail

I get a lot of 503 area code calls on my VOIP number. never leave a message. I think it is a collection agency? If I could figure it out, I would go there and remove their telephones LOL.

A person eventually says*****o if I hold on the phone for about 5 seconds. These people have called me every day over the past 3 days, but they're asking for someone else. I've had this phone number for over a year and I still get calls for some women name Alisha. This number won't stop calling me even after I tell them they have the wrong number. It's really ****in' me off!

Person calls multiple times daily from early morning to late night. Never leaves message --might respond if they did.
