Texting by saying he wanted to buy the property to fix up and resell. no last name provided. Call him Alex. working for a local investor but not providing the full name. This Alex is a dangerous scammer.

said the name was Alex and worked for a local investor. They saw my house at (address) and wondered if I wanted to sell. I filed a complaint with FTC (though the No Call Registry doesn't cover text messages) and my phone carrier.

Trying to buy my house that is not for sale. My number is on the Do not call list.

Asked me if I want to sell my house, and had my actual street address in the message.
