They said: "This is account services. You're eligible for an interest rate reduction on your credit card." The guy I spoke to had no idea what credit card, and when I kept asking questions about who his employer was, he ultimately responded with "I don't know anything, you shouldn't be talking to me" for every question.

I get so many of these calls that I don't answer unless I recognize the number or where the call is coming from. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.
