I got a call from this # and I answered and ***ody said anything so I ***g up and redialed. When answered all that was said was press 1 to be removed from calling list. Still dont know who it is.

They have called me literally 8 times in the past two months. When I finally got a hold of an actual person he ***g up on me.

Do not enter your numbers in these calls. They confirm your number is working that way and sell it to people a***n. When they know you answer or call back then they have you.

They have called twice this week. I never anwer if i dont recognise the number. Ignore them, they will move on.

Called saying they were my card services holder & wanted to lower my credit card rate (fraudulent call). I pressed 1 to speak with a rep. When they answered, I asked to be removed from all call lists & distribution lists; they immediately ***g up on me. I called the number back & it asks you to press 1 to have your number removed from calling lists.

503 563-0168 Card Membership Services (a Global Crossing Local Service Inc. out of Portland, OR.) on 12-13-11 a Robot called my cell wanting to lower my credit card payments (I have none), push 1 to talk a person, I did so I could tell them to stop calling and got another robot saying thanks for calling and put me on hold, I ***g up, I'm on a DNC list and still they call. Please stop them, this costs me my minutes, I never do business with people who call me.

I received a call from them on my cell phone but didn't recognize the number so I did not answer it. They did not leave a message.

i missed the call, returned and listened to the worst message of this is the do not call registry list press 1 to have your number remove, after the tone, enter you number, press 1 to verify, after.......he could have taken the **** out of his mouth while recording.

Got a phone call from a number that I don't "know" or recognize. I didn't answer, but looked up the number here. They left no message. I am on the National Do-Not-Call List, and have been for over a year now. (I guess this is our government at work for us.) I'm going to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints and see if that can get the government to work for me. (Yes I will go through all those steps.)

Received a call from these crooks today, reported them to the do-not-call registry and added them to the reject list in my phone after reviewing the comments on this site

I received a call on my cell phone indicating that this was the last day to receive a low-interest credit rate.

I called the number back as no message was left. The recording said they were the "do not call list", and to enter my telephone number to be put on the list! Have to admire the ingenuity!

So I repeated myself and he actually said "F**k You"... ***, YOUR company called me at 9:15pm...

Got multiple call and decided to press 1 for once to talk to some. The lady simply asked me what I wanted and I asked her what she wanted since they are the one who called me. She asked me if I 'wanted to lower my interest rates on ALL my credit cards'. I told her that I was not interested but wanted to know how come my cell phone was in their automatic-calling system (I am on the do not call list). She asked me a***n if I wanted to have my interest rate lowered and I repeated the same question. She became upset and told me that I was losing HER time and proceeded to **** up on me. This is just not right. I think everyone should press one and make sure the lady gets upset. Maybe she will remove my phone number from there system ;)

Got a call. Since I don't know anyone in that area code I did not anwer. If it was someone I knew they would have left a message. I never answer when I don't know who it is. They called me more than once.

Got a call from this number on my cell phone, said it was from credit card services or so****ing like that [did't catch the name--female voice]. Said that my account was in good standing. but it was urgent that I contact them to get my interest rate lowered to 6.9 %, that I should push 1 to speak with a representative. Since any credit card companies with whom I have an account wouldn't identify themselves with such a generic name, I ***g up. I called the number and the recording does NOT sa y National Do Not Call Registry, it says AUTOMATED Do Not Call Registry. I would guess that's how they get around "impersonating" the federal one. I think it's still some sort of scam, so I did not leave my number [which was probably dialed via a computer program, since I have my number on the actual national list].

Must be a scam, what a way to confirm they have a "live" number. when you call back, they say you've reached the "do not call" registry and ask you to press 1, then it tells you its an "INTERNAL" do not call registry.

I answered the call and there was no one on the line.. I called it back and they wanted to add me to their do not call list.

I just received a call from 5035630168. It was in reference to lowering my credit card interest rate; however, it did not specify which card. I waited after being prompted to speak to a representative and the call was disconnected after a total of 34 seconds. I wouldn't be so irritated but it was my cell and I have registered on the real do not call list.

Received a call from this number...pressed one to speak to someone and a man answered and said he would lower my interest rate on my VISA card. I asked him which one and he said the name of a Bank and I said I didn't have a card there....he ***g up. SCAMMER. I called our VISA company and they said they knew of this and it IS A SCAMMER. Do not give these people ANY info.

I have been getting a barrage of calls from 503 area codes and whenever I google the numbers I get the same story - credit card services and spam. I have picked up once or twice without thinking, always dead air. I have never heard a person or recording but know via google that I am getting spammed.

Another scam spam from "Credit Card Services". As soon as you tell them you're on the National Do Not Call Registry, they **** up. If you call the above number, you get a false message stating that THEY are the National Do Not Call Registry...isn't this a Federal offense?

The caller ID gave the name of the caller as DD Comp. Yes****ay, I received another call from DD Comp from the number 425-390-8134. Haven't answered the calls and it left no message.

When U call number male voice says press 1now & will be entered on "Do Not Call Registry" I will be reporting this to the real registry. U can do this as well it is one of the few ways to get them off the phone "waves". Register & report. Easy enough

Does anyone posting about 503-563-0168 have any recent travel to the Portland area prior to getting called? Or while in portland did you call someone and the person you called got spammed? I was in portland yes****ay and texted and called my wife while there. She got spammed today. two weeks ago I was in toronto. last week I got spammed from a number in toronto.

They also call from 503-563-0005! They call my home constantly and refuse to stop. Now they are calling my cell. Once when I answered my home number and told them to stop, the man said he has my address and a gun and will come and **** me.
