The number called and I picked up. It sounded like a fax ma****e.
They call several times a day no message or sometimes a threating message..
Called back and the recording said stuff that would have you believe they are a telemarketers. It will prompt you to you press one to get your number off the list. It also tells you that it takes three days or 72 hours to get your number off their list.

ESL guy on the phone asked to conduct a survey on which University school I would be most interested in. I asked which University put him up to this, he said he represented several and that he would not tell me.
