I am sick and tired of getting calls from this number. Sometimes they leave a message about credit card rates. Other times no message. I too am on the do not call list. I guess according to the posts below I need to let them know I am on the Do Not Call List. With this many complaints why haven't they been stopped?
Seems to be a telemarketer.
also received a spam call
This number dialed me with a robo message about lowering my credit card rate. I pressed one to yell at them because my number is listed with the DO NOT CALL registry. They ***g up and I dialed them back and these bogus operators actually have a voicemail saying they ARE the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY, so they are engaging in fraud besides.
The prerecorded message said I was approved to get a lower rate of 6.4% on my credit card but I had to press 1 now or the offer would expire. I dont have any credit cards but I pressed 1 anyway to find out who was calling trying to scam me and the line disconnected. I called it back and the prerecording now was the National Do Not Call registery so I ***g up.
no one talked -
rec'd call on my cell phone. pressed number to speak to a person, and when I told them I was listed on the do-not-call registry, them immediately ***g up.
Spam called my cell how do these people even get cell numbers
Received a call to my cell.. I answered and there was no one there. I am on the do not call list also.
Received call with no message. After reading reviews I'm sure its scammers. My cell is also on the do not call registry.

my number is on the national DO NOT CALL LIST, do not call a***n.
Rec'd call my cell phone but didn't answer as I happened to be logged in to this website when rec'd call & quickly input # to see what response I rec'd. All - PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS when you call these numbers back or answer & they request you to press "1" or whatever number they say in order to be removed from call list. There are cell phone & land line phone "grabbers" or "jumpers" who can obtain your number & run up expensive charges if you fall for scam & they fool you into thinking you are going to get on a "do not call "list. When you press the digit/option given for the "do not call" list, this is how they CAPTURE YOUR TELEPHONE INFO & are able to mis-use your number to run up charges like calling overseas, etc. BE VERY CAREFUL!!!!!!
Some credit card holder services scam.
Dont fall for it. These people are scammers. I press 1 to speak with somone and they ask me about applying for a loan. I told them no and that I want my number removed and they just **** up on me. This has happened multiple times. I have contacted the FTC and filed a complaint, thanks @LB. I let them know that I am on the do not call list. The best way for us to be effective is for everyone to call the FTC and your state attorney generals office to file a complaint!
they called we answered they werent even kind enough to breathe heavy........ so they forced us to get on the computer to research their number and sign up for 14 different investigative apps and now I'm going back to bed..........edit and punctuate me if you wish. I'm tired and I want to go to bed.
received a call from 503-563-0989, ro-bo call from Rachel offering low interest loan. Punch 1, and female ask if I was interested in a low interest loan. I ask the name of the company, and she said "Accounty Services", and when I ask location. she ***g up. Immediatley filed a complaint with Indiana Atty General office, the strongest do not call state, and they definitely will prosecute.
Called me, told me my credit card was in bad standings. I pressed 1 to talk to a representative and told them to take me off their list. I literally DO NOT own a credit card, not even for emergencies.
How to stop them?
called back and pushed 1
Well, aren't we all in for a little luck! I began doing some research on this number...according to my research, Global Crossing Local Services, Inc. is the carrier. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (877-382-4357). The FTC wanted to know if my number was registered with the National Do Not Call Registry (888-382-1222 or www.donotcall.gov). The FTC employee also suggested I send the company a "Cease Communications" letter, telling them not to contact me at any of my phone numbers, and to send the letter in certified mail, return receipt requested. He suggested I do an online search for their contact info. I did (http://www.dleg.state.mi.us/bcs_corp/sr_corp.asp). Fortunately for all of us, I am only-too-happy to share it with all of the other people their calls have been harassing! Feel free to send your letters to ALL of their directors listed on their public filings: Global Crossing Local Services, Inc. 225 Kenneth Drive Rochester, NY 14623-4277 c/o Mitchell C Sussis; John A Kritzmacher; Omar Altaji; Neil Barua; David R. Carey; Steven Caves; Daniel J. Enright; John Kiernan; John Robert Mulhearn, Jr.; Michael J Shortley, III; Mark Cain; Edward J Tucker; Henry Volarich; Kevin K Tang; Justin T Parkerton Perhaps if we all take the time to interrupt their day and let them know how much we do not appreciate their interruptions into OUR lives, they'll get the idea. :) Oh--and here is a link to all of their listed locations and phone numbers: http://www.globalcrossing.com/company/company_locations.aspx#us

I still pay per text! Why can't these people be stopped??!!!
My # is a PRIVATE (The******) number for "Clients in Cr****". I called back--only to receive a recorded msg saying, "If you wish to be removed from future offers, you may press 1 to be removed..... please allow 72 hours to be removed from our files". THIS Number is, and has been registered with the 'Do Not Call' list for ages !! Reporting to FCC immediately !!
I just got a call from them on my cellphone. I didn't answer it. No message left. When I called the number back it sounded like they said Sanz or so****ing as the business name. They did say if you wanted to be added to a do not call list to press 1. I did that. We will see...
Just a bunch of static. *****s can't even spam correctly!
It should be legal to ***** these people
Got the call this morning.
503-563-0989 - Also 205-213-0115 - Same as others, it's the old Credit Card Phishing Scam. Message states "Hello, this is Rachel from Cardholder Services. We're calling to inform you about an issue with your credit card. There is no problems with your card, but we wanted to notify you that you now qualify for a lower interest rate. Please press 1 to speak with a live representative to lower your credit card interest rate now!" or some such **** like that. They've called our house before in the past with various numbers, but this time the call came in on my CELL PHONE. Let's look over our illegal activities checklist, shall we? Pre-Recorded Message? Check. Unsolicited Phone Call? Check. No Opt-Out option offered? Check. Using an Auto-Dialer? Check. S****ing the company name and/or number? Check. Illegally calling a cell phone with your ********? Check. Be sure to file a formal complaint at : https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
This number just called my cell and left no message.

Definitely a spammer.
I called AT&T to advise them of this activity and they have no interest whatsoever in taking any responsibility for stopping it.
Didn't answer but from web search seems to be a scam. If I have time I will answer and play along to waste their time.
This number just called my cell and left no message. Who the heck is it?
Calls repeatedly, leaves no message, and evidently does not know how to tell where an area code is because they are time zone challenged. Looks to me from the comments here that they are focusing on cell phone users not land lines... Would love it if they stopped!
Rang, rang, rang...no voicemail.
Called at really inconvenient times. Please shut this number down.
