This is just another s**** number by used the relentless, de****able junk debt collection agency named Vision Financial Corporation. They employ mininum wage *****s that generally read off of a script. All they want to do is persuade the caller to give them a checking account number so they can make money on an old debt for one of their clients. They do not care if the debt is valid. There is no advantage to ***n by speaking with them. Avoid/Block their phone calls. Report them to the FTC, the NY state AG office, and the BBB. They are worse than s***.
