Really?  ...  I get Capital One (comes up on the CallerID) every single day - several times a day.  I called them and they c****ed the terms of my payment.  Have always been on time, have never missed a payment, but they suddenly increased my monthly payment from $206 a month to $644 a month.  I told them that is not possible, so they gave me a 'hardship reprieve for 3 months at the former rate of $206 - no penalties, late fees, etc.  I asked for it in writing - guess what - never received it.  and now - 4 weeks later - I get calls from them every single day.  They ring once and **** up.  I quickly picked up once before the ring completed and got ***g up on.  I called them back and sure enough they are collections for Capital One.  I asked what was going on, theysaid the computer calls and once you answer it hooks you up with an agent that can review your account.  She asked me what my account number was, and I told her you guys called me, you tell me what it is and I can confirm it.Anyway - they DO call and ring only ONCE and then ****up on you.

Bu***hit it's Wells Fargo. If you really believe it's them then I pray that you haven't given away all of your pertinent information. They are just trying to scam you. Collection agencies do not act like this. They do not **** up after one ring, they don't call every 10 minutes doing so and they actually leave voice mails.
