the caller was from T-mobile. It was their fraud prevention department that they have located in Oregon. The person that called you was trying to verify the order, which turned out to be someone fraudulently using your credit card,****uming that you didn't go to make the order.The big cell phone companies don't like getting shafted on paying out minutes/service for fraudulent charges, so they try and verify things when they look sketchy.

I received a phone call from this number at 6:42 am. I did not answer because I was asleep. When I woke up, there was a very chirpy voicemail saying that it was a woman named Jill from T-Mobile and that 30min ago I had requested to add additional minutes to my plan and to return the call at  8882783324 to complete the transaction from comfirmation # tm23893695. Knowing I had not attempted this and that it was not T-Mobile, I later called T-Mobile to let them know that people were pretending to be them and they said they are going to look into it. The 503 area code is in Oregon which means it was about 3:42am at the location the call came from......very strange.....
