I had a laptop on craigslist listing offered to buy it said he made the payment but it’s not in my PayPal at all so he’s not getting my laptop be careful!

I had an ad for a laptop on Craigslist for sale and the person with this # offered to purchase it online but never sent payment. They were very demanding and were rushing me to get it sent that day. When I told them I needed payment right away as I wouldn't have access to a vehicle to drive to the post office to send it for much longer and then I told them I'd have to send it the next day if I didn't receive payment within the next few min, they never responded. I hit them up a couple of hours later asking them if they'd sent payment because I didn't receive anything and they didn't reply. Sounded like a scammer but Idk what they were trying to accomplish.

Is this a number in the USA?
