I blocked this number just now after receiving call. I have rec'd other calls from same company different number... blocked those too.

Did not leave a voice mail message

Same here. received probably 20 calls from the same number always the same thing. female voice that says "Hello?" If you say "Hello" afterward she laughs and says "I think I had to adjust my headset or a close variation of the same thing.

It's a recorded message s****ing with a pleasant sounding female voice that says "Hello?" If you say "Hello" afterward she laughs and says "I think I had to adjust my headset" then launches into a stream of winning a vacation at a resort blah blah blah. You cannot interrupt because it is certainly a recording. It always is the same interaction.
