These folks dont mind breaking Federal laws... Call all the time way too early. Call from 503-928-6030 and 503-928-6031. They also advertise on Google. If you search Google for "www.arsnational.com" a Google Sponsored Link appears. If you click on their ad, it takes you to their website, and also charges them for the ad appearing on Google.

This is a bottom-feeder type of debt collector. They employ minimum wage telephone callers who read off of a script. They are aggressive, annoying, and I do not doubt that they break many collection laws. It is absolutely pointless to talk to them. They do not care what you say (even if it is a wrong number), they will use anything you say a***nst you (if it is your account), and they are looking only to get some scared, unintelligent person to provide them checking account details. Never answer the phone for these types of call, and if you do answer unknowingly and they identify themselves as a debt collector - just **** up. All communication should be in writing.
