We didn't personally talk to him but his unprovoked, insulting response to a query of his CL housing ad was an instant red flag (this number was in the ad). Finding several pages like this confirmed that he needs a mental evaluation before hustling more tenants.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PERSON!!! Background checks show several things including "Threats/Placing Person in Fear", which at this point, I can clearly see. Once I backed out of wiring him over $1,000, I got several harassing and and threatening messages from him. BEWARE!!
