Called me twice, never left message

No one on phone when they called

They called and didn't leave a message.  I called back and the man had my name and acted like he knew me.  He said his company was "Herbal Group" and was offering a weight loss special offer.  I told him that I was on the National Do Not Call list and asked him if they ever checked that list.  He said that they did and if they saw my number they would not have called.  I told him to take my name out of their system and to never call back.  I have also blocked this number (I have AT&T Uverse.)A quick Google search of this group shows that they get a credit card number and bill for unwanted/unordered merchandise.  (http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/herbal-group-c146027.html)The 504 area code puts this company in Louisiana.

This person called, knew my name and said we meet a while ago on a dark foggy night. when i asked who it was they said seth and told me i must not rember him, it had been a while.I have no idea who this is or what they wanted but i ***g up before they were done.
