This person is a scammer and said he sent me a check

It is about getting help for people that are disabled. They want my name, home address, annual income and wreaks of scam. They state the organization is: “Congratulations!!! Am Online Claiming Agent Mr Michael Bar*** in-charge of the Empowerment program set up by PFS Block C.E.O to help the American communities and other countries around the world for the Young...” Scam

The text says "USPS confirmed that the check of $2,450 sent to your****ignment ... Gerard Boyle from secret shopper." The spammer sent also a spam email reporting the name Gerard Boyles. The spammer should be left of "s" from the surname
