Collector

A guy calling himself Michael Ryan contacts me from this number and refuses to to send me his information and request via us mail.  I then **** up on him and he calls right back.  I take my land line off the hook and he calls my cell phone.He says because I signed an advertising contract under a business name they can call when ever and as much as they want.  I have no business license, tax ID or anything, it was suggested I put the name of what I do as the contract agreement.  What I do is non-profit non business and the advertising was a huge flop.  Not a call or a hit to my website.If the creditor had me list as a business without business license am I stuck getting harassed over the phone until the debt is repaid or it is settle in court?

They call once or may twice a week I do not talk to them thier is no law thats says I have to answer the phone. So what would they be up to now? Chase Filed in the court on me a simmons do I have to go?

They call and call I never answer and are really mad now they sent a letter and are going to look in to all of my****ets can they do this? with out a judgment

CALLED SEVERAL TIMES

it's a collector.  If you speak to them they try to be very intimidating & threatening.  As long as you don't speak to them collectors cannot proceed to the next level.  Linda Blair tries to be a bully...yeah right lady!

they are collection agency.I owe nothing and they keep calling me. I'M GONNA SUE THEM.
