Shouldn't have signed up to win that "Harley" at the motorcycle show. I looked at the fine print and it was one of those Vacation organizations. I suspect this is their number that is calling me. I'll know better next time.

Contact the trace for this number and they deny making calls, when I told them I was going to file complaints through the BBB and FTC they said you go ahead and do that and laught. LOl who laughs first does not laugh last.

I registered to win a chevy at the state fair of texas in 09 they call alot........when you call the # back, it says its not a working #.

These people need to stop calling my number or i am going to file a complaint about this. They call me 3 times a day now for the last month and i don't even pick up.

They got my name from a drawing for a Porsche at Addison Octoberfest. Evidently I was a "Finalist" eligible for their **** deal on a cruise.

These people are calling my number to sell time shares, I think I can get them to stop but how were they able to get my cell number in the 1st place? Found a do-not-call for cell phones on 03/05/09 hope it works. The number is

i received a call from above number at 10:35 am today on my cell phone. when i answered it was just dead air.

After reading comments on the web about Southern Journeys, I called back and cancelled my appt. Said my husband would NOT cooperate. They said they would take me off the call list.   We'll see if THAT happens.

I got a call from this company, my husband and I went to State Fair and of course signed up to win so****ing.  When I got the call, we decided to go to the vacation seminar they were representing. We have done everything except purchase and yet I am still getting their calls.

I signed up for a car giveaway at the Alliance Airshow and since then I have been receiving a phonecall from this number on a daily basis, then it reduced to sa****ay mornings and now it is occasional. I don't answer to be honest but one time I did. It was a giveaway for a vaction IF you go to their seminar and bring your HUSBAND. You have to be married to attend, women cannot come alone. I asked them to stop, they do not. I have complained but it has ***ned no ground.

The caller did not leave a message and when I attempted to call them back, I was met with the blaring sound of a Fax Line.

They have been calling several times a day for the past couple of weeks. I finally answered and told them that the person they were calling for was not in, I asked for a message all he said was "I will call back." I asked him not to but they still do. What can be done about this? If anyone knows please post it.

Same happens to me. I usually get no less than three calls a day from this number and then ***ody answers. I have even trained myself to answer in English, Spanish and Portuguese but the person/ma****e on the other side of the line ****s up immediately. I had signed up for a golf clubs raffle at the Byron Nelson Golf Tournament two years ago and now I see that my information is still being shuffled between sweepstakes and promotions companies. I think I have spoke with two or three of their reps asking them to stop calling, but they just won't give up. It's very annoying.

They call my c-phon three and four times a day. And, it sounds like a fax ma****e trying to connect.

I got a call from this number on my cell phone during dinner tonight and chose not to answer it because I didn't recognize the number. Then, no sooner then we got home, my parents land line s****ed ringing and my mom s****ed calling off the number on the caller id and guess what? It was the same number! It really freaked us out to have the same unknown long distance number call us an hour apart. She answered the phone but no one was there. My mom called the number back numerous times and it just rang and rang. I finally got online and figured out it was a telemarketer. The only thing we can think of where they got our number is from the Dallas Parade of homes where we signed up to win a home makeover last week. I hope they do not call anymore.

Looks like they got my number from a car giveaway at the North Texas Irish Festival.  Getting called 2-3 times a day currently.  They're calling my cell phone which I don't pick up for unknown long distance numbers, they never leave a message (of course).  I'm going to pick up next time just so I can honestly say on my FTC complaint that I asked them to stop.

I called the contact number listed on the contacts page at www.sundancevacations.com (800) 220-9400 and after speaking with three people they said my number would be removed. We'll see if it works.

I have missed calls from this number 3 times in the last 2 days.  This is a cell phone and I would rather them not call it.

This may be a phone line also partially used as a fax line. I've called back the number three times. Once I got a busy signal, another time I got silence and the most recent callback I got the fax line which was scree****g.(Kind of like the internet trying to dial a number to connect.) It's quite annoying and I don't know what purpose it serves to call and **** up to so many people so frequently. W***ver is doing can't possibly get anything out of this.

This number is from Sundance Vacations, Inc.  I attended a fair this summer and filled out a form to win a sweepstakes.  ****er.  They're basically getting you to provide them with your personal information, then selling it for a profit.  They are making millions each year by doing this. I received a call from this person who asked for my son.  when i told him i was his dad he said he would call back.  i called the number back and it was a fax transmission.

Calls are coming in on my daughter's cell phone.  She answers and is ***g-up on. I looked up "Southern Journey" on the internet and guess what?  They are advertising in the Tulsa World for telemarketers:  "Due to high growth rate we are seeking 2-new sales professionals to add to our team. *Intensive training program *Absolutely no prospecting, preset appointments. *"  So, these people are getting information from Trade shows and probably you don't have to sign up yourself.  Your friends will probably be able to give your number out on surveys etc.  I think that is what is happening with my daughter as no one here has signed up for anything within the last year or so.  And, the company is suddenly recruiting...as of 11-5-07.  They are led to believe that w***ver they are calling has ASKED to be called, or so I gather from the classified ad.

CALL OR EMAIL THE FTC * FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION ABOUT THESE CALLS TO MAKE A COMPLAINT !!!
